1988 - 1991:    Managing director of UDO Group, Inc.: three publishing companies, printing plant, two scientific bookstores, real estate development and portfolio management (± 350 employees).

1993 – 2007:               Owner and managing director of an independent state licensed trust company in Curaçao,

·         project manager New Regulations on Prescription Drugs for the Department of Public Health of the Netherlands Antilles (1994/95);

·         interim managing director Arbo Unie Nederland, the Netherlands, holding company for regional occupational health service providers with a combined turnover in excess of € 150 million and approximately 2,000 employees (1996/97);

·         (interim) CEO and President of Sun Development Company N.V., Aruba, a resort development and management company, approximately 1,200 employees  (1997-2000);

·         (interim) CEO and President of Princess Beach Holding N.V., Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles, a resort holding company, 300 employees (1998-2001).
